Fundamental to the discipline of alliance management is minimizing the inefficiency and risk that comes with partnering so that the realization of value from an alliance is not delayed and is potentially accelerated. This master class examines the outcomes of applying core alliance management value producing workstreams at the startup of an alliance, using industry specific case studies. After an instructor-led introduction to these workstreams and discussion about the objectives of the startup process, participants enter breakout groups to:

She offers education and training services to build the mindset, skillset, and toolset needed to succeed. She was named a Woman of Influence in Silicon Valley by the Silicon Valley Business Journal for her work in advancing best practices in Collaborative Business Relationships. She was recently inducted into the Forbes Business Council, an invitation only community of successful business leaders.

Norma has delivered seminars for Duke Corporate Education, the Reuters Foundation, Digital Vision Fellowship Program at Stanford University, San Jose State University Professional Development, and the American Management Association.
