Despite a rapid scaling of a customer project paired with a major shift to work-from-home, their established partnership and collaboration style allowed the businesses to continue service without any pitfall.
The companies collaborated to employ over 1,000 new project team members, train and manage their day-to-day tasks, and meet customer goals seamlessly. Adam has devoted his career to furthering the missions of the federal government and helping co-workers advance and thrive. Over the past 20 years, Adam has worked as a federal employee or industry partner at nearly every cabinet level agency. Drawing on that experience, he serves as Highlight's Chief Operating Officer to oversee all aspects of service delivery, account management, and employee engagement. His daily focus is to ensure that we provide opportunities for our employees to thrive and for our customers to accomplish their missions for the nation.
Adam came to know Highlight almost 8 years ago, while leading a services organization for CACI. At CACI, he was instrumental in the launch of several career development programs while also successfully delivering highly complex programs for the Federal Government. Adam has also enjoyed successful tenures as the Federal Civilian Group President and Chief Administrative Officer at DMI.

As founder and CEO of Audley Consulting Group, Jatinder has been instrumental in developing boutique consulting business that supports government clients by providing advisory, leadership and innovation in IT.
He is a self-made serial entrepreneur who draws on considerable management acumen and network-growing prowess to launch successful businesses in a variety of industry sectors. Known for building exceptional teams of talented people, Jatinder strives to create supportive and diverse corporate cultures focused on value and unity across organizations. To every project, he brings a wealth of experience in operational efficiency and revenue growth. All the while staying dedicated to delivering world-class customer service.
Born and raised in the DC Metro area, Jatinder started his own 1-800 Got-Junk? franchise at age 24 and quickly added 7 more franchises within just a few years. After selling the business, he founded Brand It Wrap It, a marketing company that attracted high-profile clients, including RFK Stadium, SpaceX, Verizon Center and others. In March 2018 he appointed three partners to continue the brand while he shifted his focus to Audley Consulting Group.
In his free time, Jatinder enjoys spending time with his wife, racing cars and mentoring young entrepreneurs to achieve their dreams.
