CSAP Certification Exam Prep Workshop
** includes online exam
This workshop is designed for those who have already earned the CA-AM and seek to earn the prestigious Certified Strategic Alliance Professional (CSAP) credential.
This advanced level of certification is for experienced practitioners that measures judgment as much as it measures knowledge in the full alliance life cycle.

P.I.D. Alliance Management Workshop
Like a long sailing voyage, keeping an alliance on track is challenging. “Winds” and “currents” buffet your collaboration. It’s not uncommon for two “ships” to bump together (accidentally, or on purpose!).
Engineers use a framework to describe the control of complex processes, like sailing. It’s called P-I-D, or Proportional-Integral-Derivative Control. But don’t be put off by the name. In practice P-I-D Control neatly describes the actions necessary to keep a sailboat, or an alliance on course toward its destination.
