Question: When does the 2018 ASAP Global Alliance Summit begin?
Answer: The conference kicks off on Monday, March 26, 2018. Check out the conference agenda for the latest program.
Question: When does the 2018 ASAP Global Alliance Summit end?
Answer: The conference ends on Wednesday, March, 28, 2018.
Question: Is there an option to attend just the pre-conference workshops?
Answer: Yes, you may purchase a pre-conference workshop without purchasing a full conference pass.
Question: Is there a one-day rate available?

Question: Is there a group discount available?
Answer: ASAP is offering companies registering five (5) or more paid attendees $75 off each registration. Please contact Jennifer Silver at jsilver@strategic-alliances.org or +1.781.562.1630 x205 for the qualifying discount code. In order to receive this discount all participants will need to enter a code during the registration process.
Question: Can I make changes to my registration?

Question: Can I cancel my registration?
Answer: All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by February 12, 2018. A refund of the registration fee, minus an administrative fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. No refunds will be granted after February, 13, 2018. Please refer to the Registration Rates page for our full cancellation policy.
Question: What airport should I fly into?
Answer: The nearest airport to the hotel Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport which is 2 miles away. Another alternative, Miami International Airport is 29 miles away.
Question: How do I get from Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport to the Hilton Marina?
Answer: Exit airport on US1 North and follow to SE 17th St Causeway. Turn right at 17th St for 1 mile. Immediately past Eisenhower Blvd veer right onto Grande Dr. Proceed 1st stop sign and turn left under the bridge. Arrive at hotel.
Question: How do I get from Miami International Airport to the Hilton Marina?
Answer: Exit Airport Expw/FL112E to I95N/Beaches to I95 Ft Lauderdale for 19 mi to I595 E. Follow I595 E. for 3mi to US1 N. Follow US1 N. for 2 mi to SE17th St Causeway. Turn Right at 17th St for 1mi. After Eisenhower Blv Rt to Grande Dr 1st stop turn left under bridge.
Question: Is the event handicapped accessible?
Answer: In accordance with the ADA, ASAP is pleased to arrange special accommodations for attendees with special needs. All requests for such assistance must be submitted in writing to ASAP at least 14 days prior to the start of the meeting to Jennifer Silver at jsilver@strategic-alliances.org.
Question: Can I Audio and/or Video Record any of the sessions?
Answer: External video and/or audio recording of any kind is prohibited onsite at all ASAP events without prior written permission from ASAP's President and CEO. To submit a request to video and/or audio record please contact Kim Miller at kmiller@strategic-alliances.org.
ASAP reserves the right to video and/or audio record the conference in whole or in part and by registering for the conference you agree to allow ASAP to use footage without limit or liability.
Question: Is There a Substitution Policy?
Answer: SUBSTITUTION POLICY:
Registration substitutions are permitted prior to the conference and onsite. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with that substitution as well as updating any contact information. Substitutions must be arranged by contacting Jennifer Silver at jsilver@strategic-alliances.org. Please note if the colleague you are transferring to is not the same member type as you they will need to pay the difference in registration rates (i.e. you are a member and they are not).
Question: What do I wear?
Answer: Business casual. Meeting rooms can be much cooler than other areas so a sweater or jacket is recommended.
